About the role
- Responsible for Coalition Client Implementations year round
- Manage all tasks associated with onboarding new clients, including managing implementation tasks in e-Project
- Coordinate activities and collaborate with business partners such as Customer Care, Metrics, Resource Planning, Account Managers, Sales Account Executives, and Clients
- Maintain and update the implementation agreement and master data project plan to align deliverables with Customer Care, Resource Planning, Performance Guarantees, Metrics Reporting, and Account Management
- Perform additional work at intervals during the year such as survey analysis, member call trending, calibration support, and client infusion training support
Requirements
- 4 plus years PBM experience
- 2 plus years Project Management and/or Client Facing experience
- Ability to flex schedule when needed for business demands
- Ability to skillfully manage multiple projects and meet timelines for critical deliverables
- Ability to work in virtual environment with peers, other business partners, and complete individual responsibilities
- Understanding of Call Center Operations (preferred)
- Understanding of Client Implementations (preferred)
- Analytical skills with excellent oral, written, and presentation skills (preferred)
- Prior use of SalesForce and IPI e-Project knowledge (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (preferred)
- Experience delivering client presentations and initiatives (preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
