About the role
- Provides executive oversight for three Distribution Centers within the East Region
- Owns overall performance of assigned Distribution Centers across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, and People metrics
- Ensures consistent execution of CVS Health operating standards while enabling site-specific optimization
- Holds full P&L accountability for the regional Distribution Center portfolio
- Drives productivity, efficiency, and cost-to-serve improvements while maintaining service and quality expectations
- Directly leads and develops Lead Directors at assigned Distribution Centers
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain operations
- 7+ years leading multi-site operations with full financial accountability
- Demonstrated success leading large, complex, regulated operations, including pharmacy or similarly regulated environments
- Proven ability to develop senior leaders and build strong succession pipelines
- Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
