- Oversee day-to-day management of plan implementation operations
- Manage a team of benefit and digital implementation managers
- Ensure compliance procedures and documentation are followed

Requirements
- 5-7 years work experience in plan or customer operations
- Strong relationships with internal business partners and plan sponsors
- Experience with implementation managers and customer benefit plans
- Input to account management with contract negotiations
- Expert advice on benefit plan design, cost management, and regulatory compliance
- Analyze plan performance data and utilization trends
- Develop and deliver educational materials and training sessions
- Collaborate with internal departments for issue resolution
- Interview, hire, and develop talent
- Oversee ongoing training and compliance
