Requirements

5+ years of relevant experience
Demonstrated ability to independently own and solve complex problems
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Solid understanding of enterprise data, data flows, and how analytics and reporting support operational processes and business decision‑making
Proven ability to translate business requirements into well‑designed, scalable technical solutions
Advanced proficiency in SQL and enterprise data technologies, including GitHub, Visual Studio, SSIS and SSRS
Working proficiency with Microsoft Copilot and AI‑assisted tools
Experience creating high‑impact, data‑driven visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Experience working across multiple relational databases and cloud platforms (e.g., Oracle, Teradata, Google Cloud Platform)
Ability to provide informal technical guidance and support peer development.
