About the role

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive pharmacist recruitment strategy
  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process
  • Develop strong relationships with Hiring Leaders, HRBPs, and Talent Acquisition colleagues
  • Strategize with hiring managers to understand and anticipate hiring needs
  • Create and execute on a recruitment strategy with the internal customer
  • Manage a high volume of candidates while maintaining a positive candidate experience
  • Demonstrate specialty in pharmacist recruitment

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Kenexa, Taleo
  • Willing to travel up to 25% of the time for business purposes within state and out of state
  • Experience with high volume full-life cycle recruiting
  • Innovative sourcing methods and experience in creatively finding new candidates
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms i.e., LinkedIn, Indeed
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience may substitute
