Requirements

  • Master's Degree and Independently Licensed in Behavioral Health
  • 3 years of post-master’s direct clinical experience in hospitals, ambulatory care, or outpatient facilities
  • 3 years of experience with mental health and substance use disorders
  • Ability to type and talk simultaneously for at least 3 years
  • 3 years of experience using Motivational Interviewing
  • Strong technological skills
  • An active, unrestricted independent behavioral health license (e.g., LCSW, LISW, LMSW, LCPC, LP, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent) based on state regulations
