About the role

  • Support execution of strategic transformation initiatives across the Digital Engineering organization
  • Coordinate large-scale modernization efforts including platform evolution, digital experience improvements, AI adoption, and engineering productivity initiatives
  • Help drive change management strategies that enable teams to successfully adopt new platforms, tools, and operating models
  • Track and coordinate cross-team initiatives spanning Digital Experience, Platform Engineering, AI, SRE, and Integrations
  • Establish mechanisms to monitor progress, risks, and dependencies across complex transformation programs
  • Ensure leadership visibility into critical milestones, program health, and execution outcomes
  • Manage the operating cadence of the Digital Engineering leadership team
  • Partner with leadership to strengthen employee engagement, collaboration, and organizational morale

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, strategy, operations, or transformation roles within technology organizations
  • Strong experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives across engineering, product, and platform teams
  • Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
