  • Develops and implements strategic plans for clinical programs focused on behavioral health conditions
  • Leads cross-functional teams in the execution of clinical initiatives

Requirements

  • 7-10 years relevant work experience
  • 5+ years’ experience and technical/functional expertise in management consulting, financial analysis, project management, operations management and/or strategic execution.
  • 3+ years’ experience of ownership strategic execution of programs within the healthcare or behavioral health care sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data
  • Demonstrated experience developing analysis, presentations and support material
