About the role

  • Responsible for supporting the loading of new and revised Medicaid participating provider data transactions into Aetna/CVS source systems
  • Daily activities include provider data service, supporting data compliance and directory alignment within QNXT
  • Handle tickets and cases coming in from providers
  • Proactively define, identify and recommend process enhancements or modifications
  • Meet and support established departments productivity, quality, and compliance metrics
  • Perform data compares and work with Large Data Sets
  • Follow area protocols, standards, and policies to provide effective and timely support
  • Attend required department trainings to support learning

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the healthcare industry
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, CONCATENATE, formulas, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Teams
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience working with large data sets and performing data analysis
  • Strong analytical skills (writing, modifying, and interpreting queries)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently
  • Innovative mindset with a willingness to propose new ideas and solutions
