About the role
- Manage sales growth by building a book of business leveraging field sales marketing activity and telesales programs
- Sell, cross-sell, up-sell, and retain through the use of the Aetna IVL Medicare product portfolio
- Support organization by reducing acquisition costs and increasing field agent productivity
- Own member relationship and serve as the primary contact for member inquiries
- Document call interactions and manage lead protocols
Requirements
- 4-year college degree or 1 to 2 years’ experience of selling multiple Medicare products (i.e., Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement)
- Life & Health insurance license is not required to be employed, but must be obtained within 60 days from the employment start date
- Active use of computer for job activities
- Ability to multi-task while talking on the phone
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Self-starter with a positive attitude
- Ability to control emotions when dealing with unhappy customers
- High level of computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
- Ability to quickly perform basic mathematical operations without a calculator
