About the role
- Drive membership growth, revenue, and broker/partner engagement for Commercial Individual Dental and Vision products
- Lead the development and execution of sales strategy across assigned geographies and/or distribution channels
- Partner closely with marketing, product, actuarial, operations and field sales resources
- Ensure consistent pipeline development, quoting conversion, and enrollment performance
- Establish go-to-market plans, monitor performance to targets, and identify opportunities to accelerate growth
Requirements
- 7-10 years healthcare sales and/or account management experience
- Individual commercial experience - dental and vision
- Health & Life licensed
- Experience developing and implementing sales strategy to sell Individual ancillary products
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
