About the role
- Develop and maintain the product vision and roadmap for pre-population while influencing overall personalization features within the clinical workflow
- Serve as the primary liaison between clinical operations, data science, engineering, and design teams to translate complex clinical needs into clear, actionable technical requirements and user stories
- Deeply understand and define the requirements for the data pipelines and backend APIs that power personalization
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the success of personalization features
- Use a combination of quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize the most impactful features for development
- Ensure personalization features are seamlessly integrated into our mobile and web applications, focusing on the clinician's experience across all platforms
- Ensure all data handling and workflow decisions comply with relevant healthcare regulations and standards
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a high-growth, technically focused environment
- Strong Technical Acumen: Proven ability to define and work with technical teams on complex system integrations, backend APIs, and data pipelines
- Clinical Data Expertise: A good understanding of clinical data structures, terminology (e.g., CPT, ICD-10, SNOMED), and its lifecycle within a digital health context
- Experience in Digital Health/Healthcare Technology: Familiarity with the unique constraints and opportunities within the healthcare or health-tech space
- Excellent Communication: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and clinical ideas clearly to diverse audiences (engineers, clinicians, executives)
- Strong experience working with Agile frameworks and Agile metrics, demonstrating a deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies
- Proven experience in refining program backlogs in collaboration with scrum teams, framing clear Epics, Features, Stories, and acceptance criteria
