Develop and maintain the product vision and roadmap for pre-population while influencing overall personalization features within the clinical workflow
Serve as the primary liaison between clinical operations, data science, engineering, and design teams to translate complex clinical needs into clear, actionable technical requirements and user stories
Deeply understand and define the requirements for the data pipelines and backend APIs that power personalization
Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the success of personalization features
Use a combination of quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize the most impactful features for development
Ensure personalization features are seamlessly integrated into our mobile and web applications, focusing on the clinician's experience across all platforms
Ensure all data handling and workflow decisions comply with relevant healthcare regulations and standards
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a high-growth, technically focused environment
Strong Technical Acumen: Proven ability to define and work with technical teams on complex system integrations, backend APIs, and data pipelines
Clinical Data Expertise: A good understanding of clinical data structures, terminology (e.g., CPT, ICD-10, SNOMED), and its lifecycle within a digital health context
Experience in Digital Health/Healthcare Technology: Familiarity with the unique constraints and opportunities within the healthcare or health-tech space
Excellent Communication: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and clinical ideas clearly to diverse audiences (engineers, clinicians, executives)
Strong experience working with Agile frameworks and Agile metrics, demonstrating a deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies
Proven experience in refining program backlogs in collaboration with scrum teams, framing clear Epics, Features, Stories, and acceptance criteria
