About the role

  • Responsible for the entire sales process from quotation through post-sales, acting as the primary contact with suppliers;
  • Provide information and resolve questions about published products to the customer service consultant, highlighting particularities and making necessary adjustments according to the request;
  • Assist in preparing customized itineraries for Brazil and the rest of the world (land travel), using files and rate guides or negotiating directly with local suppliers;
  • Stay updated on trends and services to improve sales approach;
  • Handle matters related to changes, cancellations and monitoring in the financial portal;
  • Participate in internal and external training, events and travel fairs when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Tourism, Business Administration, Hospitality, Events or related fields;
  • Previous experience in the travel industry (customer service or operations for travel agencies);
  • Advantage: experience in the luxury market, ski products and/or cruise products;
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office;
  • Intermediate level English required;
  • Intermediate Spanish is a plus.
