About the role
- Respond to customers via chat, video calls on Microsoft Teams, and email;
- Resolve frequent questions, address issues and provide general customer support;
- Create content for the knowledge base;
- Ensure customers are receiving an excellent support experience with CV;
- Improve the support team's structure and processes through continuous improvement practices;
- Train other agents on best practices for customer communication and on problem analysis and resolution;
- Conduct benchmarking, take courses, and participate in mentorships that enhance the quality of CV's support.
