Product Marketing

• Support all stages of a product lifecycle, from discovery to monitoring results.
• Assist with integration across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Ecosystem and Marketing teams.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of product launches, campaigns and feature rollouts, ensuring clear communication.
• Monitor key adoption, engagement and retention metrics and translate learnings into continuous improvements.
• Help turn technical specifications into simple, compelling messages for customers and partners.
• Support the creation and review of collateral (presentations, emails, landing pages and internal communications).
• Understand the needs of the segment; study decision-maker personas and user personas, how they shape the market and how competitors position themselves relative to them.
• Produce commercial materials, communicate product updates and strategies to the commercial team through ongoing communication and supporting materials, and guide content creation for the sales kit.
• Support the development of promotion strategies by analyzing where to promote the product, the optimal timing and messaging, and defining segmented offer campaigns that make sense for the target audience and drive interest, acquisition and usage.
• Conduct market research to identify business growth opportunities and deliver insights to all areas of the company.
• Responsible for developing new product and/or service offers.
• Collaborate with the person responsible for sales enablement (internal and external education).
• Experience and competence in marketing planning at a strategic level.

• Portfolio follow-up: Assist in managing the client portfolio by performing follow-ups and maintaining regular contact.
• Relationship building: Build positive relationships with clients through proactive outreach via email, phone and online meetings.
• Control spreadsheets: Create and update Excel spreadsheets to track key indicators.
• Metrics tracking: Record and organize basic Customer Success (CS) data and metrics.
• Administrative support: Prepare presentations and meeting materials and organize information in PowerPoint and Word.

• Leading SaaS system implementation projects, ensuring delivery on time and with high quality;
• Identifying and analyzing client needs, proposing appropriate solutions, and coordinating their implementation;
• Conducting training and onboarding for users of the implemented systems;
• Acting as the interface between development, support, and client teams to ensure clear and effective communication;
• Managing client expectations and ensuring satisfaction with the delivered solution.
