About the role
- Support all stages of a product lifecycle, from discovery to monitoring results.
- Assist with integration across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Ecosystem and Marketing teams.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of product launches, campaigns and feature rollouts, ensuring clear communication.
- Monitor key adoption, engagement and retention metrics and translate learnings into continuous improvements.
- Help turn technical specifications into simple, compelling messages for customers and partners.
- Support the creation and review of collateral (presentations, emails, landing pages and internal communications).
- Understand the needs of the segment; study decision-maker personas and user personas, how they shape the market and how competitors position themselves relative to them.
- Produce commercial materials, communicate product updates and strategies to the commercial team through ongoing communication and supporting materials, and guide content creation for the sales kit.
- Support the development of promotion strategies by analyzing where to promote the product, the optimal timing and messaging, and defining segmented offer campaigns that make sense for the target audience and drive interest, acquisition and usage.
- Conduct market research to identify business growth opportunities and deliver insights to all areas of the company.
- Responsible for developing new product and/or service offers.
- Collaborate with the person responsible for sales enablement (internal and external education).
- Experience and competence in marketing planning at a strategic level.
Requirements
- Experience and/or competence in project or process management.
- Experience and/or competence in product marketing planning at a strategic level.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in marketing.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
- Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-evolving environment.
- Collaborative profile to work closely with different teams.
- Strong writing skills and clear communication.
- Organized and able to handle varied demands.
- Interest in marketing and product metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, NPS, engagement, etc.).
- Experience with SaaS or the real estate market is a plus but not required.
