About the role
- Portfolio follow-up: Assist in managing the client portfolio by performing follow-ups and maintaining regular contact.
- Relationship building: Build positive relationships with clients through proactive outreach via email, phone and online meetings.
- Control spreadsheets: Create and update Excel spreadsheets to track key indicators.
- Metrics tracking: Record and organize basic Customer Success (CS) data and metrics.
- Administrative support: Prepare presentations and meeting materials and organize information in PowerPoint and Word.
Requirements
- Previous experience: Experience in customer support or customer success at technology companies (SaaS).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Behavioral profile: Analytical, organized, resilient, proactive and empathetic.
- Task management: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Technical knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
