About the role

  • Portfolio follow-up: Assist in managing the client portfolio by performing follow-ups and maintaining regular contact.
  • Relationship building: Build positive relationships with clients through proactive outreach via email, phone and online meetings.
  • Control spreadsheets: Create and update Excel spreadsheets to track key indicators.
  • Metrics tracking: Record and organize basic Customer Success (CS) data and metrics.
  • Administrative support: Prepare presentations and meeting materials and organize information in PowerPoint and Word.

Requirements

  • Previous experience: Experience in customer support or customer success at technology companies (SaaS).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Behavioral profile: Analytical, organized, resilient, proactive and empathetic.
  • Task management: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Technical knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
