Evolve our data pipelines to scale reliably as we onboard an increasing number of clients.
Design, build, and maintain robust ETL/ELT processes using Fivetran, dbt, and AWS-native tools.
Work closely with our cloud and engineering teams to recommend and implement software that supports AI and LLM use cases on our data lake.
Integrate data from a wide range of systems (product, operational, and third-party) into a trusted analytics layer.
Partner with stakeholders across the company to understand data needs and deliver clear, usable data models and insights.
Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across our warehouse and analytics stack.

Requirements

A strong interest in data engineering and a passion for collecting, storing, transforming, and modeling data for real-world use.
Experience transforming data so it can be consumed by stakeholders across product, operations, and leadership.
Approximately 2–4 years of experience in a data engineering or analytics engineering role.
Hands-on experience with Python, PostgreSQL and Amazon Redshift.
Experience working with AWS, dbt, and modern ELT tools.
Comfort learning and adopting new technologies for data collection, transformation, and visualization as our stack evolves.
Experience pulling data from multiple sources and making it available in tools like Looker and emerging LLM-based interfaces.
