About the role
- Learn systems from the inside out
- Configure/troubleshoot/upgrade/maintain application systems
- Ensure service is provided to internal customers
- Monitor systems for alerts and warnings
- Assist in Azure environment application configuration and support
- Involvement in application related integrations
- Support SQL database basics
Requirements
- 1-3 years of applicable experience in an IT environment
- Ability to communicate on both technical and non-technical levels
- Strong technical diagnostic expertise
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to acquire new skills efficiently
- Ability to work closely with multiple teams
- On-Call and off hours support required at times
