💰 $95,000 - $105,000 per year

About the role

  • Partner closely with the Director of Learning, Growth, and Development to design and scale programs that strengthen manager capability and support employee growth.
  • Lead the execution of development programs from concept through delivery and iteration.
  • Facilitate live workshops, cohort programs, and development sessions that are engaging and immediately applicable.
  • Help design and run programs such as mentorship programs and skill academies to strengthen organizational capability.
  • Partner with teams to turn performance insights into thoughtful development initiatives.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and help evolve development programs as the company grows.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in talent development, learning and development, leadership development, program management, or a related field.
  • Experience facilitating engaging learning experiences and creating environments for reflection, practice, and growth.
  • Experience building or scaling programs or initiatives with attention to detail and outcomes.
  • Natural curiosity about learning links to organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and business impact.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to build trust quickly across teams.
  • Ownership mindset to help build and improve programs over time.
