About the role
- Partner with teams across Marketing, People, and Finance to deliver trusted analytics that clarify performance, surface trends, and support decision-making.
- Support the People team with workforce analytics, including tracking and explaining attrition rates, acceptance rates, and key drivers.
- Enable the Marketing team to better understand the customer journey, evaluate campaign performance and ROI, and identify drop-offs and conversion opportunities.
- Partner closely with Data Engineering to ensure KPI definitions are clearly defined, consistently applied, and correctly implemented in data models.
- Review and validate self-serve analytics outputs (e.g. Hex threads), ensuring insights align with established metrics and definitions.
- Write and maintain SQL-based analyses within Snowflake and dbt to support reporting and ad-hoc investigation.
- Perform investigative analysis to identify anomalies, trends, and drivers of business performance.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably with experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated ability to independently handle moderately complex analytical problems.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred).
- Experience working with analytics engineering concepts and tools such as dbt.
- Experience building or maintaining dashboards and reports in BI tools (e.g., Sigma, Looker, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical rigor, and comfort owning recurring analytical workflows.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially when explaining data to non-technical audiences.
