Maintains and updates financial records tracking expenditures, revenue, receipts, cash flow, and other financial activities
Verifies, allocates, and posts business transactions from documents like sales slips, invoices, receipts, check stubs, and computer printouts
Prepares and submits documentation for expense reports and variance processes and obtains approvals
Compiles reports showing statistics such as cash receipts and expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, profit and loss, and other operation items
Maintains and summarizes ledgers and computer files/reports
May be assigned to accounts payable or receivable and manage billing, cash receipts, data entry, budgets, vendor contracts, timesheets, payroll, and administrative duties
Performs other accounting, reporting, and record keeping functions as assigned
Requirements
