Ensure data accuracy and consistency by enforcing data entry standards
Conduct regular audits to identify and correct discrepancies
Provide data-backed insights to broker teams for internal and external reporting
Generate and distribute monthly pipeline reports with historical trend analysis
Prepare and deliver Year-End (YE) and Quarterly (QE) reports summarizing team performance
Create advanced BI applications to support data-driven decision-making for business leaders and clients
Design and maintain dashboards to visualize trends and key performance metrics
Partner with Capital Markets teams to develop deliverables that enhance client relationships and drive new business
Serve as a liaison between broker teams, IT, and internal stakeholders to optimize data tools
Explore and integrate new technologies to improve data analysis and visualization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required
5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data visualization, or a similar role
Curiosity and experience exploring emerging technologies such as AI, large language models (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT), and agent-based workflows to enhance analytics and automate business insights
Ability to identify opportunities to apply AI to data analysis, reporting automation, and decision support
Expertise in creating data visualizations that drive actionable insights
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Excellent presentation skills and client-facing expertise
Advanced proficiency in Power BI, CRMA, Tableau, or similar tools such as Tableau, d3.js, or Mapbox
Strong knowledge of SQL and APIs
Excellent project management skills and the ability to harmonize various data sources.
