Analyze sales bids to track client activity and pricing trends.
Advise on market trends and capital movements that impact profitability.
Translate complex data into actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making.
Serve as a liaison between broker teams, IT, and internal stakeholders to optimize data tools.
Develop and deliver training on data entry best practices and reporting tools.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data visualization, or a similar role.
Curiosity and experience exploring emerging technologies such as AI, large language models (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT), and agent-based workflows to enhance analytics and automate business insights.
Ability to identify opportunities to apply AI to data analysis, reporting automation, and decision support.
Expertise in creating data visualizations that drive actionable insights.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills and client-facing expertise.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI, CRMA, Tableau, or similar tools such as Tableau, d3.js, or Mapbox.
Strong knowledge of SQL and APIs.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to harmonize various data sources.
