About the role

  • Reside in the Property Research & Intelligence team and report to the Sr. Director, Global Property Research & Intelligence
  • Have QA responsibility over a group of regional markets
  • Work across service lines to plan, gather, validate, & interpret datasets from multiple sources
  • Coordinate and execute efforts on gathering local resources
  • Document sources, validate and qualify data, and/or integrate data into C&W databases
  • Oversee and direct quarterly data compilation and statistical production
  • Provide tools and guidance for data compilation
  • Review and approve submitted statistics
  • Ensure compliance with all Global, Regional and National research and company initiatives
  • Execute the QC process for all aggregated proprietary data reported from data aggregated from proprietary C&W research databases
  • Create and execute processes to gather complex datasets across a variety of internal and external sources
  • Manage and oversee aspects of quarterly production and quality control
  • Champion the data gathering and validation of Cushman & Wakefield strategic initiatives, both internal and client driven

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate industry or research-related field
  • Experience in data entry/data management
  • Ability to aggregate, harmonize and rationalize various data sources
  • Advanced MS Office Excel knowledge is required
  • Proficiency with PowerBi is a plus
  • Proficiency with Generative AI (Chat GBT, Claude, etc.) is a plus
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Critical thinking/problem solving: demonstration of good judgement to make appropriate decisions
