About the role
- Provides administrative and compliance support for facilities management operations across assigned healthcare locations
- Focuses on documentation accuracy, preventive maintenance tracking, vendor inspection records, and regulatory readiness activities
- Works closely with Facilities Managers and internal stakeholders to maintain a safe and compliant environment of care
- Audits computerized maintenance management system (CMMS/F360)
- Verifies PMs and inspections are assigned to correct locations
- Tracks vendor and landlord inspection documentation
- Assists with tracking corrective actions related to Life Safety, Physical Environment, and Environment of Care standards
- Creates, updates, and tracks work orders within the CMMS
- Monitors open work orders and follows up with assigned parties for status updates
- Schedules and documents routine maintenance and repairs for building equipment
- Coordinates routine communication with vendors, landlords, and internal teams related to inspections
Requirements
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, building, healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an administrative, tenant services, or facilities support role
- Prior experience in a healthcare environment strongly preferred
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory standards (TJC, CMS) preferred
- Experience with CMMS systems and documentation tracking preferred
- Prior customer service experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
