Own day-to-day analytics, reporting, and dashboards for the Account real estate portfolio
Support the development and evolution of portfolio health metrics (e.g., utilization, cost efficiency, asset condition)
Translate complex data into clear executive insights and decision-ready narratives
Partner with The Account stakeholders to integrate and govern required data sources
Support Enterprise reporting cadence and Executive scorecards for performance
Ensure data quality, consistency, and documentation across systems and reports
Act as the primary analytics interface for Business Units and Enterprise stakeholders
Support Account’s Data Strategy initiative by strengthening data governance, integrating disparate data sources into a cloud-based data lake, and enhancing analytics and dashboards to deliver clearer, decision-ready insights that enable strategic portfolio management

Requirements

Strong experience in BI, analytics, and dashboarding (Power BI/Tableau preferred)
Expert in MS 365 particularly Excel modeling
Experience with automation software and best practices to drive efficiency in the management and connectivity of data sources
Experience working with real estate, finance, or portfolio data (corporate real estate strongly preferred)
Ability to translate data into clear executive stories and recommendations, not just build reports
Comfort operating in a matrixed, client-facing environment
Strong data governance and data management discipline
Experience with managing data stored in cloud environments
