About the role
- Traveling between sites to provide operational oversight and support
- Leading daily safety and planning meetings with maintenance teams
- Reviewing, prioritizing, and assigning preventive and corrective work orders
- Conducting facility and equipment inspections (conveyors, robotics, MHE)
- Coaching technicians and frontline leads on troubleshooting and best practices
- Monitoring KPIs, downtime trends, and maintenance data to drive improvements
- Supporting staffing, training, and performance management of maintenance teams
- Ensuring all sites meet C&W and customer safety and quality standards
Requirements
- 4-year degree or 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience
- 3+ years leading maintenance teams in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environments
- Experience with conveyor systems and automated/robotic equipment strongly preferred
- Proven experience supporting multiple sites or large operations
- Strong troubleshooting, prioritization, and team leadership skills
- Comfortable working in the field and being on call as needed.
