About the role

  • Lead end‑to‑end supply chain diagnostics, modelling, and optimization
  • Act as a trusted advisor to occupier clients, facilitating workshops, site visits, and assessments
  • Lead workstreams or small projects, structuring problems, building and testing models, managing timelines
  • Drive growth of the SCLA practice across ANZ and APAC by identifying opportunities and generating fee income
  • Translate supply chain strategies into real estate requirements and support site selection

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years’ experience across supply chain operations, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or network planning
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing, inventory flows, transport networks, and performance KPIs
  • Experience in consulting or advisory settings
  • Ability to translate complex technical analysis into clear, compelling insights
  • Proficient in tools such as Excel and Power BI
  • Strong appreciation of the link between supply chain decisions and real estate strategy
