About the role
- Be the go-to expert for ER advice, performance management, award and EBA interpretation
- Work closely with HRBP’s and leaders to proactively identify, manage and resolve workplace issues before escalation
- Support enterprise agreement bargaining and policy updates
- Provide ER insights, analysis and reporting to support informed business decisions-making
- Coaching and upskilling leaders through ongoing advice, training and guidance on employment relations best practice
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or Industrial Relations
- Working knowledge of Australian & NZ employment legislation and industrial frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related discipline
