About the role

  • Be the go-to expert for ER advice, performance management, award and EBA interpretation
  • Work closely with HRBP’s and leaders to proactively identify, manage and resolve workplace issues before escalation
  • Support enterprise agreement bargaining and policy updates
  • Provide ER insights, analysis and reporting to support informed business decisions-making
  • Coaching and upskilling leaders through ongoing advice, training and guidance on employment relations best practice
  • Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or Industrial Relations
  • Working knowledge of Australian & NZ employment legislation and industrial frameworks
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related discipline
