About the role

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for the design team
  • Act as the central point of contact for multiple vendors
  • Coordinate schedules for site visits
  • Manage deliverables and information accuracy
  • Ensure meetings are productive and records are organized
  • Prepare various project reports
  • Provide administrative support to Design Managers
  • Assist design managers in planning and executing test fit projects
  • Responsible for coordination of site visits with vendors
  • Monitor project progress and track milestones
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders
  • Monitor quality standards of site surveys and due diligence reports
  • Support time management tracking for invoicing and client deliverables
  • Track and manage existing contracts
  • Support project closeout activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Communications or related field
  • Requires 1-3 years of experience in a related role
  • Working knowledge in Smartsheet and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
