About the role

  • Ensure real estate data collection and update of existing databases (office, industrial, retail, residential, hotel, investment etc.)
  • Deliver regular market and economic updates
  • Cooperate with other business services teams to gather, analyze, and utilize local and regional market insights
  • Support business development activities, including presenting market updates to clients
  • Undertake independent market analyses for ad-hoc reports for clients
  • Support marketing and communication activities in line with the company content strategy
  • Contribute to C&W brand visibility through participation in public events and social media
  • Cooperate with C&W research teams in other countries and the wider EMEA team

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data collection, statistical analysis, and market research
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and assess market dynamics with accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills for translating complex data into clear reports, presentations, and visualizations
  • Creative problem-solving and effective collaboration in dynamic, deadline-driven environments
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint); familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, and GIS tools (ArcGIS, QGIS)
  • Experience in professional services or real estate sector, aligned with role seniority
  • Degree in Economics, Geography, Real Estate, or related field preferred
