About the role
- Scale high-intent B2B lead generation primarily through Google Search
- Optimize campaigns toward cost per deal, not just CPL
- Manage and allocate meaningful monthly budgets
- Improve lead quality while increasing volume
- Work closely with sales to understand SQL-to-deal performance
- Build and maintain clear performance forecasting models (traffic → lead → deal)
- Continuously test, iterate, and scale profitable segments
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads / Paid Search
- Proven experience scaling B2B lead generation
- Clear understanding of CPL vs cost per deal economics
- Experience managing medium to large monthly budgets
- Analytical, data-driven decision maker
- Fluent English (you’ll work directly with US leadership)
- Comfortable with high ownership and performance accountability
- Nice to Have: Experience in high-ticket B2B industries
- Multi-channel paid experience (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Experience with long sales cycles and attribution modeling
- Exposure to revenue forecasting
