About the role

  • Develop and execute the SAP S/4HANA strategy, aligning with business objectives and IT vision.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure SAP S/4HANA solutions meet business requirements.
  • Establish and maintain a Center of Excellence (CoE) for SAP S/4HANA, ensuring best practices, standards, and governance.
  • Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation, and ROI analysis for SAP S/4HANA initiatives.
  • Provide technical leadership for SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Ensure SAP S/4HANA solutions are optimized for performance, security, and compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date with SAP S/4HANA roadmap, new features, and innovations.
  • Lead and manage a team of SAP professionals, including developers, analysts, and support staff.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Manage relationships with SAP and third-party vendors, ensuring effective partnerships and contract negotiations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in SAP, with at least 10 years in a management role
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale SAP implementations, upgrades, and migrations
  • Experience in SAP S4/HANA Development, Business Analysis, developing project cost estimates, recruiting employees and consultants
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Cloud Platform, or other cloud-based solutions
  • SAP S/4HANA certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Knowledge of the following: MS SQL, MS Project, .NET, Citrix/2x, VMWARE, Windows Server, WAN/Internet, Cloud Technologies, Process Automation, Training, Applications integration with ERP, BI/Reporting
