About the role
- Support the Winding Engineering Process including research, planning, designing, developing, testing and analyzing electromechanical components
- Collaborate with Electrical Engineering, Project Management and shop personnel
- Investigate and analyze highly technical winding issues
- Lead the Winding Trainee program classroom modules
Requirements
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of five years of experience in design or manufacturing
- Ability to travel 5% - 15% per year dependent upon projects assigned.
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of electrical systems and design principles
