About the role
- Owns execution and continuous evolution of AI learning and enablement strategy
- Manages scalable AI learning & enablement programs
- Partners across departments to translate AI capabilities into practical use cases
- Facilitates talent management learning experiences and supports programs
- Leads learning and enablement workstreams for enterprise transformation
Requirements
- Experience designing and running programs that drive behavior change
- Strong program management skills
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot)
- Ability to translate technical or complex concepts into clear, actionable guidance
- Experience supporting transformation initiatives, system rollouts, or new ways of working
- Experience in learning, enablement, or capability-building
