About the role
- Provide high-level service to CA customers and educators.
- Own implementation planning for assigned accounts.
- Conduct regular check-ins to resolve educator concerns.
- Uncover trends in data to improve classroom practices.
- Identify opportunities for program expansion.
- Support renewals by building relationships with decision-makers.
- Assist new implementations with account setup information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Education or Marketing/Business preferred).
