About the role
- Lead a team of Specialists and Consultants in supporting implementations and adoptions of all CA programs
- Develop and present implementation plans
- Deliver targeted professional learning to educators
- Analyze assessment and instructional data
- Partner directly with school and district leaders throughout the year
- Interview, hire, and retain PL team members
- Implement company/regional/state objectives and determine resource use
- Model and communicate clearly, leading high-stakes sessions/conversations
- Monitor individual and team performance metrics
- Partner with PL managers in the region to assess demand and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with IST leaders to implement strategies for meeting regional goals
- Manage efficiency and effectiveness of onboarding and coaching for the team
- Conduct observations, facilitate performance evaluations and improvement plan discussions
- Monitor business demand versus team capacity to make staffing recommendations
- Manage expense approvals, time sheets, and record-keeping responsibilities
- Serve as a contributor on internal teams to identify barriers and propose solutions
- Represent PL leadership on Implementation Service Teams (ISTs) and ensure quality participation
- Partner with sales to support new and existing business
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 2+ years of experience managing a team responsible for complex district-wide implementations of educational technology programs
- 2+ years of experience coaching teachers, delivering professional learning and support, analyzing assessment data, and working directly with school and district leaders
- 2+ years of teaching experience
- Evidence of high-quality observation and feedback coaching to elevate individual and team performance
- Experience in development, training, and accountability for teams on policies, procedures, and best practices
- Ability to manage, monitor, evaluate, and ensure integrity of program implementations
- Ability to provide high-quality classroom coaching to ensure teachers have the skills necessary to deliver CA solutions effectively
- Possess a high degree of comfort engaging in conversations on driving implementation fidelity with internal and external stakeholders
- Growth mindset, with commitment to ongoing learning and willingness to be flexible to meet evolving educator and team needs
- Evidence of collaboration/relationship building with leadership and colleagues
- Evidence of independence and completion of assigned projects
- Proven organization skills, high attention to details, and superior time management that results in effectively completing multiple projects and prioritizing appropriately
- Ability to compile data from various sources, create documentation of analysis and recommendations, and present findings to internal leaders
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 50lbs (travel and printed materials) and stand for extended periods of time
