About the role
- Facilitate high-quality professional development and training for educators
- Provide on-site support for teachers and school administrators
- Adjust workshops to meet participant needs
- Analyze data and apply findings to instruction
- Track and submit training notes and complete all assignments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in teaching, coaching teachers, and providing professional development
- Strong working knowledge of the State Standards for ELA and Mathematics for Grades K–8
- Fluency with using digital tools including online assessments
- High level of comfort discussing and applying data with teachers and leaders
- Understand principles of adult learning
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Exceptional time management skills
- Proven organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Knowledge of Office programs (Outlook, Word, PPT, etc.)
