About the role
- Facilitate high-quality professional development, training, and support.
- Analyze data and communicate consultatively with teachers and leaders.
- Serve teachers with on-site product training.
- Help ensure equity in the classroom.
- Provide tailored on-site support for educators.
- Track and submit detailed training notes.
- Present a professional image to customers and prospects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 2+ years of experience in teaching, coaching teachers, and providing professional development.
- Strong working knowledge of the State Standards for Mathematics for Grades K–8.
- Fluency with using digital tools including online assessments.
- Excellent facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Proven organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent computer and internet skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an educational cohort.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
