About the role
- Facilitate high-quality professional development, training, support, data analysis, and communicate consultatively with teachers and leaders.
- Serve teachers in the classroom by coordinating on-site product training and professional learning courses.
- Adjust professional learning workshops to fit the needs of the participants.
- Help ensure equity in the classroom by delivering professional learning courses.
- Track and submit detailed training notes and complete all assignments in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2+ years of experience in teaching, coaching teachers, and providing professional development.
- Strong working knowledge of the State Standards for Mathematics for Grades K–8.
- Fluency with using digital tools including online assessments.
- Excellent facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Excellent computer and internet skills including knowledge of Office programs (Outlook, Word, PPT, etc.).
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
