Requirements

12–18 years of progressive experience in enterprise technology, digital transformation, or IT leadership roles.
Broad experience across enterprise technology landscapes, including CRM and ERP platforms, data platforms, analytics, integration layers, automation, and emerging technologies.
Demonstrated experience driving data and analytics transformation.
Hands-on leadership experience applying modern technologies, including AI and advanced analytics.
Experience shaping and governing enterprise roadmaps with Salesforce as core component.
7–10 years of experience in senior leadership roles.
Proven success guiding organizations through technology and operating-model maturity transitions.
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and peers without direct authority.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate strategy into aligned action.
