About the role

  • Partner closely with the VP of Product Marketing to shape strategic marketing vision
  • Lead execution across Curriculum Associates’ Spanish-language product portfolio
  • Serve as a central hub connecting Product, Sales, Services, and Marketing teams
  • Develop and execute integrated go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Spanish-language curriculum and supplemental products
  • Lead end-to-end product launch efforts for new Spanish literacy offerings
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs
  • Lead, mentor, and support a small team

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles
  • Full professional proficiency in Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Deep expertise in product marketing and GTM strategy
  • Experience working with multilingual curriculum and supplemental instructional products
  • Expertise in bilingual education markets;
  • Proven ability to develop and execute revenue-driving marketing strategies
