About the role

Partner with all teams across the Service department
Manage medium to large-sized implementations of Curriculum Associates' products
Drive annual license renewal and upsell process
Provide support throughout the partnership process
Address and resolve educator concerns through regular check-ins
Analyze data trends to improve student performance and needs
Cultivate champions and partners in assigned districts for stronger program implementation
Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and support users within districts
Identify opportunities for expansions within existing implementations

Bachelor’s degree (Education or Marketing/Business preferred)
Active listener with strong communication skills
Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills, along with the ability to multi-task
Collaboration with a wide range of people and disciplines
Natural problem-solving and analytical capability
Comfortable or proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Energized by learning new technology and systems
Comfortable providing gentle push-back and guidance to educators towards best practices and a successful implementation
