About the role

  • Handle multiple global client accounts simultaneously, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery of services.
  • Address client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring issues are resolved to maintain client trust.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client engagement and revenue through strategic recommendations.
  • Maintain and improve client reviews on platforms like Fiverr and other freelancing sites.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work with clients across different geographies and time zones.
  • Understand client needs and articulate them clearly to internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Use data-driven approaches to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance client success.
  • Take full responsibility for client outcomes and internal coordination.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with freelancing platforms (e.g., Fiverr, Upwork).
  • Familiarity with Stripe for payment processing.
  • Knowledge of Zoho CRM and other CRM tools.
  • Prior experience in a virtual assistance company or similar environment is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and clients simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results.
