About the role

  • Conduct market, competitor, and internal performance analyses to support strategic decision-making
  • Build business cases, frameworks, MIS reports, dashboards, and financial models to track KPIs and business health
  • Analyze growth, customer, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement levers
  • Support GTM, expansion, pricing, cost optimization, automation, and process improvement initiatives
  • Recommend actionable insights backed by rigorous research and structured thinking
  • Coordinate communication with internal teams, leadership, partners, vendors, and external stakeholders
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and risks, and lead process improvement and workflow optimization
  • Improve workflows, SOPs, and operational discipline across the Founder’s scope
  • Elevate customer and client experience by identifying friction points and proposing improvements
  • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion across sensitive matters
  • Support management of the Founder’s professional social media presence, as required.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a Founder’s Office, Chief of Staff, Operations, Strategy, Consulting, or high-growth startup role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and structured modeling
  • Excellent project and program management capability with a bias for execution
  • Strong business acumen with structured, first-principles thinking
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including storytelling and executive-level clarity
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and operate with minimal supervision
  • High emotional maturity, discretion, reliability, and sound judgment
  • Growth mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and execution discipline.
