About the role
- Independently manage and actively expand the East Germany sales territory with a strong on-site presence
- Personally present and deliver hands-on demonstrations of our VR therapy system "CUREO" directly in occupational therapy and physiotherapy practices
- Advise practice owners and therapists on integrating the solution into daily therapy routines, including outlining the economic benefits
- Independently manage the sales process from qualified customer meetings through to contract closing
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships within your territory
- Close collaboration with our SDR team, which pre-qualifies and coordinates your appointments: your focus is clearly on consultation and closing
Requirements
- Several years of field sales experience, ideally in MedTech, healthcare, or with complex/technical products
- Proven track record of closing deals and a confident presence with practice owners and decision-makers
- Enjoyment of face-to-face customer contact and willingness to travel regularly
- Structured, self-driven working style and professional follow-up skills
- Excellent written and spoken German to convey complex information clearly and confidently
- Proficient use of CRM systems and digital tools
- Residence within the sales territory
