Sales Development Rep

• Identify and prioritize occupational therapy, physiotherapy and rehabilitation facilities with potential for VR therapy
• Proactively reach out to relevant decision-makers via phone, email and LinkedIn — with a clear focus on needs and value
• Qualify leads according to defined criteria and develop a solid understanding of customer requirements
• Prepare high-quality initial meetings for the sales team, including structured handover of relevant insights
• Independently manage and maintain the pipeline in the CRM system
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing to refine target-group outreach, messaging and processes
• Continuously track key KPIs to steer your own performance
