About the role
- Ensure the seamless onboarding, integration and ongoing success of dealership partners deploying the Curbee M.A.R.S. platform
- Serve as both a product expert and a coach, working closely with dealers to drive business outcomes, enhance mobile service adoption, and create lasting partnerships
- Influence process and change management for dealers
- Shape future of the auto industry by changing how cars are serviced and maintained
- Dive into customer needs and work across teams to drive retention and growth among dealership partners
- Mentor teammates, champion best practices, and inspire innovation
- Build on portfolio of dealers, improve speed of playbooks to kick-off new dealers and ramp their volume
- Provide ongoing training, support and product knowledge to dealers
- Regularly analyze dealer performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve sales, scheduling, customer satisfaction, and profitability
- Travel (~60%) to meet customers, gain firsthand insights into their challenges to help build solutions that truly address their needs
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in Dealer Success, B2B customer success, professional services, or account management in the automotive industry
- Experience building and maintaining relationships, while working to mitigate churn and drive engagement
- Empathetic, positive attitude with a track record of helping customers reach their goals
- An innate understanding of how to balance advocacy for the company and the customer
- Adaptability to embrace the fast paced dealership technology environment
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- 75% travel - regional and national
- Bonus: Strong understanding of dealership technology systems (Xtime, Tekion, DealerTrack, Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, etc)
- Expertise on Zoom, Slack, Jira, Google-Suite
- Being based in the Central Time Zone (CST)
