About the role
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and email correspondence.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate and manage logistics for executive meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up actions.
- Work closely with medical group leaders across the organization to assess and enhance their calendar and time management practices.
- Develop and implement efficient scheduling strategies to optimize leaders' time and productivity.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Facilitate the flow of information and follow-up on action items to ensure progress and completion.
- Coordinate special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
